The 2008 hop harvest went well here in portland. We planted over 50 rhizomes down in Dallas, Oregon this spring.  Soil is very fertile and the first year growth was good. The hopyard is on drip irrigation on a timer and we expect to have a good growing season 2009 .

Our Business

We are a work in progress, Keith continues to perfect and develop new recipes as we collaborate on designing our brand. Bent Tail is not yet set up to sell or distribute our product but we have been known to give out samples to friends and co-workers. The feedback we collect from our test market is a valuable part of our product development.  As we move forward with perfecting each handcrafted brew we get closer to making Bent Tail Brewing come to life…
