This year I decided to use a P.I.D controller for the mash heater. It was not easy to figure out but it paid for itself in the end. I save myself alot of time, you set it and walk away. 

I also added a bigger boil kettle so I can make 15 gallon batches. we also added another pump so I can mash with one pump, while I am boiling and chilling with the other. all in all It only adds another 2 hours to a normal brew day to make 2 batches. (30gal)
